Mississippi residents who face food insecurity are urged to apply for the program. Help is available for those struggling to put food on the table.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Mississippi children and their families are struggling with food security, housing, health insurance, and mental health care. This new data and recommendations to meet these needs is published in the Kids, Families and COVID-19: Pandemic Pain Points and a Roadmap for Recovery, a 50-state KIDS COUNT policy report by the Annie E. Casey Foundation on how families are faring during the pandemic.
