Like a GPS, data can be a powerful tool for visualizing and navigating complex terrain. Using the data in this report, we can chart out routes from where we are as a state to where we want to be. Understanding the needs of children and youth within their environments (education, health, economic, and family/community) as well as available opportunities are at the heart of this report. This is important to approximately 700,000 children and youth across Mississippi.
